Offshore Service Centre
We set up service centres for our partners which serve as a base from where our consultants will work remotely for our partners. All our consultants are exclusively dedicated to one partner and will work with them as an extended member of their onshore team. The offshore service centres are secure environments with onsite administrators, CCTV, lockers, and 24/7 security. In order to fully safeguard the data processed by our consultants, our policy prohibits the use of mobile phones on premises. Furthermore, we do not allow any documents to be printed and also disable the USB portals on all computers.
We take care of all the set up and running costs of the service centre.
Seasonality is a common phenomenon for many accountancy firms with resourcing becoming a particular challenge at peak times.
We offer assistance to our partners at these times by recruiting high calibre audit contractors on temporary basis working remotely from overseas.
We shortlist only those candidates that meet our partner requirements and offer our partners the opportunity to make the final decision.
